Absolutely terrible experience my family member has had here since it was taken over by a bunch of seemingly Tory GPs. The experience my family member has had here has set them back years of mental progress. Complete lack of understanding when it comes to any form of substance abuse, unwillingness to give our prescriptions, withholding prescriptions unnecessarily, young people on the phone and at the front desk who do not know what they are doing, blackmail that they will not receive help unless drug tests are taken, refusing to give out sick notes, despite benefit sanctions and destitution driving my family member to suicide, unable to get appointment, and when you do, it's a locom that says something completely different from the next DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU NEED HELP!!!!!.

Absolute terrible experience in this practice, struggle to get appointments and then Dr Singh reduced my tablets without seeing me for 3 months and they wonder why I had a melt down in surgery today.
